		<description>i&#039;m in a SEO role but i find that more and more of my time is now being put aside to look at the usabulity of a website. We look at usability from the top level and we firmly believe that this is a definite area that people should look at if they want to increase conversions and also repeat sales/visitors.</description>

		<description>I think that user research is the most important step in building something that is going to have the best results.  I always enjoy split testing with any minute details that I can.  I will have two different designs and have 50% of the testers check out each one.  When I find the preferred layout I will do the same with smaller and smaller details until I have an optimally designed blog or whatnot.</description>
